Shera Joyner

BIOGRAPHY: Shera Joyner is a Norfolk native who currently works as a camera operator in the production department for Spectra, Old Dominion University, and works in Production for Athletics at Norfolk State University. She is a freelance Screenwriter. Shera is a graduate of Virginia State University where she received her Bachelor of Art degree in Mass Communications. Shera is a proud member of Hampton Roads Black Media Professionals, an affiliate chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists. Shera’s background in Mass Communications has given her the opportunity to explore many different areas within the media realm.
