Romelo Styles

Romelo Styles is a dedicated journalist and community driven storyteller serving the Hampton Roads region, with ten years of journalism experience spanning from Iowa to right here in his hometown of Hampton Roads. He currently serves as a reporter at WTKR News 3, where I cover a wide range of impactful stories including local government, education, public safety, and community issues that directly affect the people I serve.

Beyond reporting, I am actively engaged in advancing the journalism industry. Styles serve on the Broadcast Taskforce Board for the National Association of Black Journalists, where he supports, develops, and advocates for Black journalists nationwide. I am also an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.
