Kiahnna Patterson

Kiahnna Patterson is a morning anchor at WAVY-TV 10, the local NBC-station. She is from Newport News and an Old Dominion University grad.

Kiahnna is proud to deliver the news in her hometown after growing up watching WAVY then interning at the station in 2018, working overnight as the morning reporter for four years.

As an anchor and reporter, she prides herself on covering community-based stories and showcasing cool people — doing cool things to address the needs in the 757.

She is a passionate advocate against domestic violence awareness. Her work was recognized by the National Coalition against Domestic Violence and the National Association of Broadcasters.

Before reporting at channel 10, Kiahnna worked as a journalist in Myrtle Beach, SC at News13.
